First symptoms are often inflammatory changes in the infected organ. Within progression of disease it leads to an increase of connective tissue
(fibrosis). Consequences are nodular changes, organ disfunctions and partial also pain in respective tissue.
Due to multiple organs could infected simultaneously or consecutively, symptoms cannot defined clearly and could
vary quite widely. Some patients show general symptoms such as fever, sudden weight loss and night sweating. Further indications are often linked
with diseased organ. So that they cannot standardized.
The clinical images of IgG4-related disease spectrum are very diverse. Hitherto in comparison to other diseases was published limited cases
of patients and clinical trials within literature. So that the listed symptoms cannot be clearly allocated.
IgG4-related disease is an infrequent differential diagnosis. At first all fequently organ diseases must be excluded depending of localisation
of disease symptoms.
